Privacy & Enquiries
How we handle information submitted through our website.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, gifting preferences, intended delivery area and message.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss potential gifts, plan product offerings and provide relevant customer service. We do not sell your personal information. We do not add you to a general marketing list solely because you submitted an enquiry.
Website hosting
This website is hosted using Netlify. Enquiry submissions are processed through Netlify Forms and may be sent to our designated business email for follow-up. Hosting providers may process technical data needed to operate the website.
Retention & requests
We retain submitted information only as needed for enquiry management and applicable business obligations. To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, use our contact form and identify your request.
Recipient details
Please do not provide a gift recipient's private contact details or address through the initial enquiry form. We will discuss secure handling of those details if you proceed with a gift.
